1. Special high temperature resistant camera

2. Sapphire high temperature resistant lens

The equipment adopts sapphire front end, which can effectively prevent molten steel from splashing and high temperature radiation. It is designed to use relay objective lens to image twice, increase the imaging distance of the imager, and greatly reduce the influence of radiant heat on the camera. The imager adopts manual adjustment to ensure that it can capture the clear operation of the workpiece in the furnace. At the same time, the use of this imager can also reduce the opening size of the kiln.

3. High temperature industrial TV water cooling sheath module

The high temperature protective sleeve is a device used to protect and cool the high temperature imager and camera. The multi-layer cylinder made of high temperature resistant stainless steel and special alloy materials, the purging gas is connected to the air inlet of the high temperature protective sleeve to purge and cool the lens and camera. The outer water-cooled protective sleeve circulates water out and in to protect the inner air-cooled protective sleeve. The spherical design can adjust the viewing position of the camera.

4. Electrical control device

The electric control box adopts explosion-proof electric box body, which can be used normally in flammable and explosive places. The protection level reaches IP68 level, which can protect electrical equipment from damage with good dustproof and waterproof. The power module used in the box can be used normally between AC 90-260V, effectively avoiding adverse effects such as large voltage fluctuations and strong interference in steel mills.
