XZSG-FL endoscopic high temperature industrial camera is an industrial camera applied to the furnace flame of industrial furnace.    The equipment can directly extend the camera lens to the hole of the furnace wall to observe the workpiece operation, material and flame shape in the furnace. If the system is powered off, it can be automatically retraction or manually exited on site under the protection of UPS power supply to protect the equipment. The equipment adopts two-stage automatic filtration mode, the primary adopts a large filter box, and the secondary filtration adopts a precision filter with automatic water removal and automatic oil removal, which is convenient and efficient.


  a) High temperature and corrosion resistance. The high temperature camera probe can extend into the burning furnace with temperature up to 2000 °C and maintain long-term continuous operation.

b)The system adopts a special high temperature small-hole imager independently developed by Xinze, with a large field of view (110 °). Scientifically select the appropriate installation position of camera probes according to various furnace types, and one set (or multiple sets) of high temperature camera probes can be configured to fully monitor the working conditions inside the furnace.

c)High reliability, the system equipment is configured according to industrial standards, and the system has a complete chain self-protection function, thus ensuring the reliability of system operation. The camera probe does not need water cooling, nor does it need other special refrigeration equipment. As long as a small amount of compressed air is purged, the high temperature imager and camera can be effectively cooled and cleaned, which overcomes the traditional water-cooled camera probe is easy to corrode and damage in high temperature environments. And the defects of complex supporting pipelines.

d)Good automatic protection. When the compressed air pressure is lower than the set value, the internal temperature of the probe is higher than the set value, and there is a power outage, the relevant sensors will quickly sense and issue a "retreat" command to the electric thruster to drive the camera probe to exit from the high-temperature furnace, so as to achieve the purpose of system self-protection.

   e) Simplified operation and control, with fewer controlled components in the system, only electric thrusters and high temperature imagers. The electric propeller is driven by low-speed motor and chain drive, which is flexible and accurate, and can be controlled electronically or manually. The electric thrusters can be controlled to reach or exit through the on-site electrical control cabinet or the operator installed in the centralized control room.

The system can also be controlled by the computer in the centralized control room, and Xinze independently develop the control interface. Environmental conditions:

a) Ambient temperature:

  1) The high temperature probe can meet the requirements of high temperature industrial furnace ≤2000℃ under the condition of forced continuous compressed gas purge with specified parameters in the gas heat shield. The indoor over-temperature protection value of the high temperature probe is: 65℃.

  2) The working environment temperature of the in-out device and control system: -20℃~+65℃.

b) Cooling gas requirements

  1) The gas used for the instrument or the compressed air without oil and water after taking secondary filtration measures, the size of the inlet pipe diameter: G1/2”;

  2) Pressure: 0.2~0.7MPa;

  3)  inlet temperature: ≤40℃;

c) Cooling water parameter requirements

  1) Water temperature: ≤35℃,

  2)  shell side flow rate >0.3m/s.
