Equipment features:

        A) The high-temperature camera probe can be extended into an environment with a maximum temperature of up to 2000 °C to work stably and maintain long-term continuous operation.

        b) The system adopts a special high-temperature pinhole imager independently developed by the company, with a large field of view (100 °). Scientifically select the appropriate installation position of the camera probe according to various furnace types, and one set (or multiple sets) of high-temperature camera probes can be configured to fully monitor the internal working conditions of the heating furnace.

        c) High reliability, the system equipment is configured according to industrial-grade standards, the part of the furnace wall connected to the foundation kit is cooled by circulating high-pressure nitrogen, and the foundation kit is separated from the camera protection kit, and the camera cavity and its sheath only need a small amount of nitrogen to purge, It can ensure that the high-temperature imager and camera are effectively cooled and cleaned, and overcome the defects that the traditional water-cooled camera probe is easy to corrode and damage the supporting pipeline in a high-temperature environment.

        d) Good protection. When the nitrogen pressure is lower than the set value and the internal temperature of the probe is higher than the set value, the relevant sensors will quickly sense and send out sound and light alarms, so as to achieve the purpose of protection.

        e) The system image can be processed, stored, and transmitted through the industrial computer (hard disk video recording, independently developed by the company).

        f) Easy maintenance and repair. When the strip furnace is working, as long as the gate valve is closed, normal daily overhaul and maintenance can still be carried out.
